PRIVACY POLICY — ANTI STRESS FIDGET SPINNER

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application “Anti Stress Fidget Spinner”
(the “App”) handles information. The App is developed and published by Framanen
(the “Developer”, “we”, “us”).

1. SUMMARY

We do not operate our own servers and we do not store your personal data ourselves.
The App does not require an account, a login, or any registration, and it never asks
you for your name, e-mail address, phone number or any similar personal detail.

Your game progress — your coin balance and which fidget spinners you have unlocked —
is stored only on your own device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

The App does, however, display advertisements through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile
Ads SDK collects and transmits certain information from your device to Google. That is
the only data collection that takes place, and it is described in full below.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED

The following information is collected automatically by the Google Mobile Ads SDK when
you use the App. It is transmitted to Google and shared with Google and its advertising
partners.

a) Device or other identifiers
The Android Advertising ID (GAID), the App Set ID, and, where applicable, other
identifiers associated with accounts signed in on the device.

b) Approximate location
Derived from your IP address, and used only to estimate your general region.
The App does not request or use GPS or precise location permissions.

c) App interactions
Information about how the App and the ads within it are used — for example app
launches, taps, and video ad views.

d) Diagnostics
Technical performance information about the App and the advertising SDK, such as
app launch time, hang rate and energy usage.

The App does not collect crash logs, names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, contacts,
photos, files, microphone or camera data, or precise location.

3. PURPOSES

The information listed in section 2 is collected and shared for the following purposes:

– Advertising and marketing — serving and targeting advertisements and measuring
their performance;
– Analytics — measuring advertising performance and App usage;
– Fraud prevention, security and compliance — detecting invalid traffic and
fraudulent ad activity.

This data collection is required for the App to display advertisements. The App does
not offer an in-App setting to disable it. Device-level controls are described in
section 6.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates the following third-party service:

Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google LLC.

Google acts as an independent controller of the data it receives and processes it in
accordance with its own policies:

The App integrates no other analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, social media or
payment SDKs.

5. DATA SHARING AND RETENTION

The information described in section 2 is shared with Google LLC and its advertising
partners for the purposes set out in section 3.

Framanen does not receive, store or have access to this data, and does not sell it.
Retention is determined by Google under its own retention policies; we cannot delete
data held by Google on your behalf.

Data held on your device (your coin balance and unlocked spinners) is deleted when you
uninstall the App.

6. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS

– Advertising ID: on Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time
under Settings > Privacy > Ads (the exact path varies by device and Android
version). Deleting it prevents apps from receiving it.
– Opting out of personalised ads: you can disable ad personalisation through the same
Android settings, and through Google’s ad settings at
https://adssettings.google.com
– Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the
age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

In some countries in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the age at
which a person can consent to the processing of their data is higher than 13 and may be
up to 16. If you are under that age in your country, you should use the App only with
the consent of a parent or guardian.

8. USERS IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA AND THE UNITED KINGDOM

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
and the UK GDPR give you the following rights in respect of your personal data: the
right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to
processing, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your
national supervisory authority.

Because Framanen does not hold your data itself, requests relating to data collected by
the Google Mobile Ads SDK must be directed to Google. Google’s privacy controls are
available at https://myaccount.google.com/privacy and its policy is linked in section 4.

9. USERS IN CALIFORNIA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended
by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, to
request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.

Framanen does not sell your personal information. The advertising identifiers described
in section 2 are shared with Google for advertising purposes as described in section 3.
You can limit this at device level using the controls in section 6.

10. SECURITY

Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport
Layer Security (TLS). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure,
and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on
this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after a change
takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
